Accounts

Purchases and billing
- Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.
- Taxes may apply based on your location and will be shown at checkout.
- Digital products and downloads are delivered immediately after payment.
- Workshops may be rescheduled due to safety or instructor availability; you will be offered a new date or a refund.
Refunds
For live workshops, cancellations made 7 days before the event are refundable. Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. If a product is defective, contact us to resolve promptly.
License
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content. Redistribution, resale, or sharing credentials is prohibited.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access non-public areas or interfere with the Service.
- Do not upload or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Respect on-set safety and local regulations. You are responsible for appropriate permissions (e.g., drone licensing).
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by CaptureOn Collective or its licensors. Use is limited to what is expressly permitted by these Terms.

Training and advice are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes or production results. Operate equipment responsibly.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
